Aipu shakers will be treated under heat treatment. The shakers have
been proved as effective at the drilling sites. The shaker itself
weight is proper and reasonable. High flow rate and better
performance. Wide range angel adjustment provide better separation
result.
The shaker screens are interchangeable with a famous brand shaker,
too. Easy to replace the screen with one person. Between the screen
panel and shaker basket, there is a dual seal to lead to a better
sealing result.

Shaker screens have got to API RP 13C compliance test. The only one
supplier in China with an API RP 13C compliance test report.
The screen for the shaker can be a normal one made from S.S wire
cloth, also can be the polyurethane panel. The polyurethane screen
panels can provide better water or fluids separation effect.
Polyurethane screens last longer than the stainless steel screen
panel, too
Screen opening size or the aperture is flexible to select. Ranged
from 1mm to o.053mm. Furthermore, the screens can be fit by pins or
the hook on the shaker.
Shale shaker is the kernel device in any solids removal program. Screens as the most cost spare part of a shale shaker are very concerned by engineers. For maximum efficiency, the solids on the screen surface must travel in a predetermined pattern "spiral, elliptical, orbital or linear motion" in order to increase particle separation efficiency and reduce blockage of the screen openings. So both screen cloth and frame must be reliable to fit different solids in various drilling circumstances. Generally, the materials of screen cloth are stainless steel and polyurethane. There mainly has two materials component screen frames: steel, composite frames.
