Q3: What's your shipping terms?
A: For trial order, ship by air such as Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT ect.
B: For larger order, we will arrange shipment by sea/air per your
requirement. Meanwhile, we can help you to choose the best shipping

Q4: How about broken or defective parts if any?
