The cavitation effect of the ultrasonic cleaner is that the
ultrasonic wave transmits to the liquid in the high frequency
alternation mode of more than 20000 times of tightening force and
pressure reduction interaction per second.
In the pressure reducing effect, the vacuum core group bubble
occurs in the liquid. In the tightening force effect, the vacuum
core group bubble has a strong impact force when it is crushed by
the pressure, so as to peel off the dirt on the surface of the
cleaned object, so as to reach the fine cleaning image.
The image of ultrasonic wave moving along the direction of sound
transmission in liquid is called direct flow. When the intensity of
the sound wave is 0.5w/cm2, the direct flow can be seen by the
naked eye, and the flow velocity is about 10cm / s.
After this direct inflow, the micro oil and dust on the surface of
the cleaned object are stirred, and the cleaning solution on the
surface of the dust also has convection. The solution of the
dissolved dirt is mixed with the new solution, so that the
dissolution speed is accelerated, which has a great effect on the
transfer of the dirt.

5. Equipped with active temperature control and heating equipment,
the temperature control range is room temperature - 100 ℃.
6. The power of ultrasonic cleaner is adjustable. It can use two
different frequencies to clean different materials, structures,
deep holes and fine seams.
