The following describes the three functions of ultrasonic vibrator.
Ultrasonic dispersion: the process of dispersing and reuniting the
particles in the liquid through the "cavitation" effect of
ultrasonic wave in the liquid. Ultrasonic dispersion can be divided
into emulsion dispersion, i.e. liquid and liquid dispersion, and
suspension dispersion, i.e. solid and liquid dispersion. Its
function has been practically applied in many fields. Among them,
the dispersion application of ultrasonic wave for suspension, such
as the dispersion of titanium oxide to water or solvent in coating
and plastic industry, the dispersion of dye to molten paraffin, the
dispersion of drug particles in pharmaceutical industry, and the
dispersion of powder emulsion in food industry, etc.
Ultrasonic extraction: ultrasonic extraction and separation is a
scientific and reasonable new technology designed based on the
existence state, polarity and solubility of effective components
and groups of effective components in substances, which makes the
solvent quickly spread to all corners of the surface of solid
substances, and dissolves the organic components contained in
substances as completely as possible. In the solvent, the
multi-component mixed extraction liquid is obtained, and then the
chemical components in the extraction liquid are separated by
appropriate separation method, and then refined and purified. After
such a complete process, the final monomer chemical components can
be obtained.
Ultrasonic emulsification: under the action of ultrasonic energy,
ultrasonic emulsification refers to the process of making two (or
more) immiscible liquids mix evenly to form dispersion system, one
of which is evenly distributed in the other liquid and then forming
emulsion liquid. The physical mechanism of crushing insoluble solid
(or liquid) is the cavitation of ultrasound. The ultrasonic
cavitation effect refers to that under the action of ultrasonic, a
large number of bubbles will be produced in the liquid, and the
small bubbles will gradually increase with the ultrasonic
vibration, then suddenly burst and split, tens of thousands of
small bubbles will increase and burst again and again. When the
bubble collapses rapidly, high temperature and pressure will be
generated in the bubble, and the liquid around the bubble will rush
into the bubble at a high speed, and the liquid around the bubble
will be near the bubble. A strong local oscillation wave is
produced in the body, which also forms a local high temperature and
pressure, thus producing ultrasonic comminution and emulsification.
