Ultrasonic Generator and Reactor for Ultrasound Technologies for Food and Bioprocessing
The ultrasonic vibration rod is mainly used for cleaning the inner
wall of thick wall metal pipes, on-line ultrasonic anti scaling of
boilers, ultrasonic cleaning in vacuum / pressure occasions,
various pipeline ultrasonic treatment and pipeline sonochemical
treatment.
Product features:
1. Ultrasonic cavitation is generated around the vibrating rod, and
ultrasonic energy is evenly distributed around the rod;
2. The power output of the vibrator is not affected by the load
changes such as liquid level, tank capacity and temperature
difference, and the power output is stable and uniform;
3. It is more than 1.5 times of the service life of the traditional
ultrasonic vibration plate.
5. The use condition of the tubular vibrator is in the non acid
liquid below 40 ℃; the solid vibrator can be used in any situation,
but the effective length will not exceed 700.

Application scope
Ultrasonic vibration bar is applicable to the cleaning of
workpieces in various industries, such as the cleaning of precision
electronic parts, clock parts, optical glass parts, hardware and
mechanical parts, jewelry, semiconductor silicon chips, polyester
filter element / spinneret, medical devices, etc., and the cleaning
of parts before and after electroplating.
Ultrasonic vibrating rod is suitable for extraction of traditional
Chinese medicine, cleaning of inner wall of thick wall metal pipe,
on-line ultrasonic scale prevention of boiler, ultrasonic cleaning
in vacuum / pressure occasions, various pipeline ultrasonic
treatment and pipeline sonochemical treatment.
The energy conversion efficiency is high, reaching more than 80%.
The ultrasonic system has the advantages of stable amplitude, long
working time, nine section tool head design (industrial grade), and
the radiation area is 2.5 times larger than the traditional tool
head.
It adopts ultrasonic numerical control power supply (limited to
industrial level sonochemical system at present), full digital
circuit control, strong anti-interference ability.
The frequency and power can be monitored in real time, and the
power can be adjusted in different grades. It has automatic alarm
protection function and is easy to operate.
