Ultrasound cleaning tank 8-10 years life:

The installation of the cleaning tank is placed, not fixed, and the buffer rubber is used to isolate the fixed tank, so as to reduce the energy consumption of shock wave and improve the cleaning efficiency.
Installation process of transducer:
A. First, the transducer is tested to record the parameters, and then the transducer with error less than 100 Hz is selected to be used in combination.
B. The bottom of the transducer is scrubbed with acetone, and the place of the transducer wafer is coated with insulating paint, which is heated in the oven at constant temperature for reserve.
C. Weld connection screw of cleaning tank, grind around screw and wash with acetone.
D. Where the transducer is installed in the cleaning trough heated by a hot air gun, the imported AB glue is applied to the bottom of the transducer in parallel, the connecting screw of the cleaning trough is screwed up, and the wrench of the torsometer is tightened to a certain degree.
