When considering the numerous methods available for PCB singulation, it is difficult to decide which might be the best. For stress free depanelization we utilize a router bit which minimizes the stress on components, therefore keeping them intact and working proficiently. The router bit adjustment system will automatically shift up to 5 different depth levels, which will cut down on bit replacement. Router bit cutting speed has a maximum of 50mm per second, while the traveling speed is a maximum of 800mm per second.
