Since more than 10 years our depaneling machines are developed and improved continuously ,  in order to guarantee unstressed separation of printed circuit boards . After extensive tests of the separation process a lot of automobile suppliers use exclusively the depaneling machines of the NTM series for the separation of their prescored panel boards . The machines CWVC-2L  / CWVC-450 /  CWVC-480  / CWVC-330 / CWVC-400 / CWVC-200 use an infinitely variable sectional cut to depanel prescored panel boards in a gentle and clean way by avoiding damage to SMD components placed directly at the edges of the boards . 

 

Compared to other depaneling systems the new machines of the NSL series have the following advantages : 

- gap for insertion of the board can be adjusted easily by means of a knob in the front of the machine
- integrated waste suction prepared
- depaneling process without vibrations
- easy-to-service design
- pneumatically driven (FESTO)
- operation and maintenance possible without precognition
- high power reserves, operations already possible at 2 bar
- pneumatic control placed in a separate unit for easier maintenance
