Here are some preparation requirements for dentists:
1, Avoid to prepare a beveled or knife-edge design. Chamfer margin
is preferred. At the same time traditional full-cast crown
preparations are acceptable.
2, At least 1mm of occlusal space is required, 1.5mm-2mm space

3, Avoid any sharp or right angles.

| 1. Please prepare the following before sending the case or a digital case: |
a. Write us an orderpaper, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; things like dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, date required, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us a bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex). You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice for the Customs and one non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
