Packing & Delivery

Packing Details: We pack each size bearing in plastic tubes, carton box ,or thick layer package according to difference size range.

Delivery Details : We strongly pack the bearing with air column, air bubble film, woven bag outside box, and finally in wooden case pallet to prevent damage to the bearing itself.

To be waterproof, rainproof, cause the impact of the packaging, and the goods rust, outer pallet will be protected by industrial coating.

22209CA Spherical Roller Bearing Advantages:

1.Self-aligning roller bearing is a kind of centripetal bearing, which can bear radial load and bidirectional load.

2.Self-aligning roller bearings have large radial bearing capacity, self-aligning function and high vibration and impact resistance.

3.Symmetrical self-aligning roller bearings change the condition of larger force acting on the edge of the inner ring, so that the force acting on the roller concentrates on the maximum diameter of the roller, reduces the thickness of the middle ring, accordingly increases the length of the roller, and improves the bearing capacity.

1.Short anti-rust period packaging: anti-rust period of 3 to 6 months, suitable for large quantities of shipments to the same subscriber, short-term put into use of bearings. Simple packing is adopted on the principle of convenient use by mutual agreement.

2.General Anti-rust Period Packaging: Anti-rust Period of one year, suitable for general purpose bearings.

3.Long anti-rust period packaging: two years anti-rust period, suitable for special and precision bearings.

Bearing inner packaging materials are polyethylene plastic cylinder (box), kraft paper, plain and wrinkle polyethylene composite paper, carton, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening belt or plastic weaving fastening belt, waterproof high strength plastic belt, linen bag.
