The punch feeder is the ideal connecting device for the punching
machine and the mold to achieve efficient and stable stamping
production.
At present, the most commonly used punch feeders in China are high-speed roller feeders, servo feeders and
high-speed clip feeders, each of which has its own performance
advantages.
The feeding roller of Ruihui high-speed roller feeder is reciprocating rolling type, which is driven by an eccentric
disk connected to the output shaft of the punching machine to drive
the roller of the feeding machine to reciprocate and swing to
generate the feeding action.
At the same time, the loosening rod device can allow the precise
release of the raw materials during the stamping process, thereby
achieving the optimal positioning performance of the stamping die
positioning pin.
The high-speed roller feeder can be used for both low-speed
stamping and medium-high-speed stamping. It is the most economical

The NC servo feeder realizes the feeding process by controlling the servo motor-driven
feed roller through a programmable PLC program, which combines the
best feeding performance and maximum flexibility.
The electronic control system consisting of Mitsubishi PLC and
Mitsubishi servo motor as standard on the NC servo feeder provides
great flexibility and high precision.
With programmable PLCs, servo feeders are used in a wide range of applications and can be used with a
wide range of presses. They can also be used in hydraulic presses,
shears, forming machines, laser cutting machines without
restrictions.
Especially in the highly automated complex stamping process, the
highest efficiency is achieved.
The dual-servo feed version of the dual-feed NC servo feeder is
particularly suitable for applications with dual feed parallel feed
stamping.
The PNC yaw feeder with left and right yaw is suitable for wafer
stamping and blanking, extremely high feed step accuracy and
extremely high performance in multi-purpose applications, and is
widely praised by customers.
The high-speed clip feeder is the ideal feeding device for high-speed stamping of thin
materials and sensitive strips with delicate surface requirements.
It adopts clamp-type clamping material. Because the clamp is
linear, it will not produce the rotating rolling motion like the
feeding roller on the belt, and the feeding speed can be as fast as
1200 times/min, which can perfectly match. Various types of high
speed punching machines.
