The conventional gear feeder adopts a two-wheel double-drive feed
transmission system. During use, the upper and lower rollers have a
driving function, but the gears of the gears between the second
gear sets are changed due to the change of the thickness of the
material to be conveyed.
In the end, the upper roller does not play the driving role, and
the gear angle error changes greatly, which can not realize the
true double drive. The Ruihui gear feeder is changed from the traditional two-wheel drive mode to the
four-wheel four-wheel drive mode. Compared with the traditional
gear feeder, it has three significant advantages:
1. Since the feeding drive system adds the second roller set and
the second gear combination excessive gear set, the two sets of
roller sets all play the driving role, forming four-wheel
four-wheel drive, and the friction coefficient of the roller
surface can be controlled, thereby greatly improving Feed line
speed.
2. Improve the feeding ability of the material to be sent by the feeder, such as the material to be sent in the width of the material, and
the conveying capacity of the material to be sent in the range of
0-1 mm. Moreover, the feed line speed is not affected by these
materials.
3. Due to the use of high-precision grinding gears, the
transmission error is reduced. The hollow roller is used to reduce
the quality and inertia of the feeding transmission system, improve
the feeding accuracy, achieve higher speed feeding and improve
production efficiency.
Since the surface of the roller is processed, the wear resistance
of the roller is increased, the friction coefficient is increased,
and the driving force of the roller is larger and it is not easy to
slip.
For the extra-wide material to be fed, the contact area between the roller and the sheet material is increased, thereby improving the jog braking performance of the feeder and reducing the sliding distance of the material to be conveyed.
