CE Coil Feeder Straightener Stamping Production Line , Automatic Feeding Equipment
In the core feeding section of the stamping production line, the feeder is an indispensable basic equipment. However, although the current mainstream roller feeder is mature in technology, it adopts the principle that the punching output shaft drives the connecting rod transmission rotating shaft and realizes the rolling clamping feeding through the one-way device.
The mechanical structure is complicated, the adjustment is cumbersome, the feeding accuracy is low, the feeding step is limited, the maintenance is cumbersome, and the brake device is locked during the gap period, which is more and more unable to meet the requirements of efficient and practical stamping production.
The NC feeder can perfectly solve this series of problems. The NC servo feeder integrates mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies. It has many advantages that traditional air feeders and roller feeders cannot match. The preferred feeding equipment for stamping automated production lines and automated shearing lines.
Ruihui NC feeder adopts a new servo motor drive structure to replace the traditional complex mechanical transmission structure, which effectively ensures the feeding accuracy. The use of PLC numerical control system and touch screen makes the feeding step setting easy and convenient.
The servo motor directly drives the feeding roller through the timing belt to ensure the feeding speed. At the same time, the use of the roller eccentric bearing realizes the self-locking of the feeding gap interval, which fundamentally avoids the misfeeding of the feeding and effectively eliminates the accumulation. The error can efficiently complete various precise feeding operations.
When the Ruihui NC feeder is actually used, use the mounting plate to fix the feeder head to the side table of the punching machine. After adjusting the feeding height, connect the air source.
Then connect the relaxing cam signal line and the feeding cam signal line connected to the punching machine. In actual use, the cam signal line transmits the loosening and feeding signals to the NC feeder PLC to efficiently and automatically complete the feeding and relaxing actions.
