The heavy material rack is used for the automatic collection of waste to solve this production problem. It is highly automated and requires no manual operation. It can realize fully automated waste collection, effectively avoiding manual damage and labor loss, and reducing production costs.
The heavy material frame consists of a main frame, an expansion and contraction cylinder, an electric box and a induction frame. The main frame is fixedly equipped with a motor and a speed reducer. The motor output shaft is connected to the reducer input shaft through a belt, and the front frame of the frame A shaft is provided in the middle.
The output shaft of the reducer is connected to one end of the rotating shaft through a chain, and the back end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a backrest wheel. The center of the backrest wheel is fixedly connected with the expansion and contraction cylinder, and the feeding plate is fixed above the frame, and the feeding plate is arranged above the expansion and contraction cylinder, the feeding plate The center is provided with a feed inlet, and the expansion and contraction cylinder comprises a support shaft and a support tile fixed to the four end faces of the support shaft respectively.

The fully automatic control system provides two modes of operation: forward rotation and reverse rotation, which are reasonable and convenient for customers to use; inductive receiving mode and fully automatic control, which increases the reliability of equipment operation.
In actual use, the connected residual waste is placed from the inlet of the center of the feeding plate through the heavy material frame, and the rotating shaft is driven by the motor drive through the reduction box.
Thereby, the rotating shaft drives the back wheel and the expansion and contraction cylinder to rotate, and the waste material is automatically rolled into a roll after being contacted by the expansion and contraction cylinder, thereby achieving the function of automatic waste recycling, avoiding manual damage and labor loss, improving automation and reducing production cost.
