The photoelectric switch is connected with the frequency converter, and the frequency converter is connected with the speed reduction motor. After the photoelectric switch detects the degree of sagging of the plate, a control signal is sent to the frequency converter, and the frequency converter receives the control signal and then controls the speed reduction motor to increase the speed of the speed reduction motor. Slow down or reverse.

 

It can control the production speed of the material rack in real time, control the unwinding speed of the motor through the frequency converter, make the stop or start action of the heavy material rack smooth, work stably, and the highest unwinding speed can reach 50m/min, which meets the high speed and high precision of the material rack. condition.

 

Real-time control of the degree of sagging of the sheet can fundamentally solve the problem of unwinding or punching of the material.

 

The sag of the unwinding plate is greatly lower than the normal sag, causing the plate to block the third group of photoelectrics. The photoelectric switch sends a control signal to the inverter, and the inverter controls the deceleration motor to rotate the rotating shaft to rewind the excess plate.
