The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame with the trolley is mainly
composed of a rack, a trolley, a receiving frame, a hydraulic
system and an electrical system.
The trolley and the loading frame are designed to facilitate the
loading and unloading of materials. The hydraulic system ensures
the convenience of material handling, and the electrical system is
to better ensure its accuracy and reliability.
Structural features of hydraulic heavy-duty material frame with
trolley:
1. The main shaft adopts the oil pressure expansion system to
tighten the material and has a large tightening force and good
safety.
2. The end of the spindle is in the form of a support arm, and the
double cylinder is used for stretching to improve stability.
3. The automatic pressure-holding function is provided when the
rack is automatically operated.
Installation points for hydraulic heavy-duty material frame with trolley:
1. If there is anti-rust oil on the machine, please be sure to
remove it. And add lubricant to the fueling part.
2. Please refer to the electrical diagram assembly for the power
supply line of this machine.
