Press is a commonly used stamping production equipment. In the past, the feeding was usually carried out by manual feeding, which resulted in low efficiency and poor safety. For this reason, the peripheral equipment manufacturers designed and manufactured various forms of feeding machinery instead of manual feeding. The punching feed increases the efficiency and safety of the stamping production.
Punching materials generally need to be flat sheets. The coils need to be flattened to eliminate internal stress before they can be used. After leveling, the sheets are fed into the punching machine for stamping, but the existing air feeders and roller feeders.
Due to its complicated structure, constant adjustment, poor feeding accuracy, single function, and poor performance with the punching machine, it is gradually replaced by the NC feeder, especially the pneumatic NC feeder does not need to be installed on the punch slider. Relaxing the rod, so it is not restricted by the matching equipment, becoming the mainstream feeding equipment in the stamping industry.
The pneumatic NC feeder uses a material spring to pressurize the feeding and the solenoid valve controls the structure of the cylinder to relax. The two sets of punching cams respectively send feeding and releasing signals to the solenoid valve.
The clamping and loosening of the cylinder is controlled by the solenoid valve, and the servo motor drives the feeding machine to achieve the purpose of feeding during clamping and not feeding when loosening, so that the feeding machine and the punching press are closely matched to ensure high precision and stability.
Therefore, the relaxation point is accurate, the precision can reach ±0.02mm, the failure rate is low, and the stability is excellent, which is the preferred feeding equipment for stamping production.
