Roller feeder selection points:

Roller feeder special accessories:
1. Sending distance fine adjustment device (for RF-1310 or 65T punching machine): The structure is the same as the eccentric disk of the roller feeder, installed at the rocker arm, instead of the rocker arm connected to the drive shaft, used to adjust the feeding step in a small range ( Save time within 0.1mm).
2, the installation of PU wheel (German imported material): for sensitive soft materials, the stamping process will not cause any indentation or scratch on the surface of the material.
3. Pneumatic relaxation: The standard type of relaxation of the roller feeder is mechanical rod-type relaxation. If the punch structure is not suitable for mechanical mode, the cylinder and solenoid valve can be added to achieve pneumatic relaxation.
