Overview
Electromagnetic clutch refers to a friction clutch that generates pressing force by electromagnetic force. Electromagnetic clutch is also called electromagnetic coupling. It has the advantages of simple structure, fast action, small control energy, and convenience for remote control; although small in size, it can transmit large torque; when used for brake control, it has the advantages of rapid and stable braking, so electromagnetic clutches are widely used It is used in various processing machine tools and mechanical transmission systems.
