How to maintain the hair for daily use?
1 | Wash hair at least once a week using an oil and silicone free shampoo. |
2 | Always wash hair in an upright position, never over a basin or bath. |
3 | DO NOT use protein or silicone based conditioner as the hair will tangle. |
4 | Detangle hair first before drying. |
5 | Never leave hair wet or damp as this will shorten the life span of the weft or bonds. |
6 | After application of extensions, do not wash hair for 24 hours. |
7 | Shampoo and dry hair as soon as possible after swimming. |
8 | Keep the hair in dry and closed condition to prevent damp, dust and other bugs in if you did not use |

FAQ:
Q1. Is there any Customs tax?
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom
tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially
in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which
is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You
could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to
put on the invoice.
Q2. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair
must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
Q3. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: It caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition
your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the
hair from time to time. You could ask your stylist for further
suggestions.
Q4. How long does it last?
A : It depends on how you to care it. Treat it like your own hair
and take very good care for it, then normally it could last several
years. Some people keep it for 4-5 years, but some just keep it
half of one year.
Q5: Why the color of hair extensions don`t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: 1. Different monitor have different displays so the same color number may have a little color difference. You could dye the hair to be the color that you want.
