1Pretreatment Part
Raw Water Tank: raw water tank should be cleaned once per month.
⑵ Multi Media Filte
multi media filter should be done anti washing 1-2 times per 2 days.(first positive washing, then anti washing, after positive washing,beginning to run).
Activated Carbon Filter: :(should be cleaned when multi media fileter is running)
Activated carbon filter should be done anti washing and positive washing 1-2 times per 2 days (first anti washing, then positive washing).
Please don’t use water which doesn’t go through activated carbon filter to enter reverse osmosis membrane, otherwise membrane damage can’t be recovered.

 
Ion Exchange Softening System:
 
The main functions of the cationic resin is adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions, cationic resin is up to be saturated after a period of operation,it doesn’t do adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions when cationic resin is up to be saturated,at the moment saturated cationic resin doesn’t play a role, need to use saturated brine to do cationic resin regeneration.It can work again after its regeneration.
 
Cationic Resin Regeneration Method: Putting saturated brine into cationic resin tank and soaking it for 12 hours, then washing saturated brine in the tank clean.
⑸  Precision filter
 
Filter element of precision filter should be replaced or cleaned once per 90 days or when every filter’s pressure is more than 0.1MPa.
 
2. Reverse Osmosis Device Running
 
Please make sure that all the preparatory work has been completed and every valve of pretreatment system is running before running,

⑴ Automatic Startup:
 
raw water pump startup, delayed startup high pressure pump, flushing electromagnetic valve timing automatic flushing, making the flow rate reach the rated value.

⑵ Manual Startup
 
raw water pump startup, high pressure pump startup, flushing electromagnetic valve startup, making the flow rate reach the rated value.
Precautions:
When automatic startup, every pump running is controlled by liquid level conditions of every tank, it can automaticlly start when conditions are ok.

When manual startup, every pump running is not controlled by liquid level conditions of every tank.
③ 
When equipment has runned for 2 hours, electromagnetic valve automaticlly washs for 2 minutes.
 
Notice: When reverse osmosis is running, cleaning water pump switch must be turned off, otherwise cleaning water pump will be burned down.
3,: Shutdown
① 
High pressure pump stopping, raw water pump stopping
② 
Pretreatment control is manual, closing tap water inlet valve in front of raw water tank.
 
Notice: If pretreatment is automatic control, the main machine power shoud be supplied for 24 hours, that is to say, general power of reverse osmosis can’t be cut off, but power switch on panel can be turned off.
Reverse Osmosis Debugging Operating Procedures
(1) Work Which Should Be Finished Before Reverse Osmosis System Debugging
 
Every power connection positon is good (including every raw water pump, high pressure pump)
 
All pipes and equipments in the front of reverse osmosis device need to be washed, these equipments need to be debugged and they run well.

All related liquid medicine is ready.
④ 
Related reagent and instrument which are used for operation supervision are ready.

Interlocking,alarm and online analysis control instrument in the front of reverse osmosis high pressure pump is normal and the alarm point has been set up.

 Reverse Osmosis Device Debugging Steps
.

Using low pressure water flow to wash reverse osmosis pressure container and related parts of RO device.
 
Installers wear suitable gloves, safety glasses and wear safety boots, take out membrane elements from a sealed plastic bag, push them into pressure container one by one according to water flow direction, smear slycerin on the seals installed on the two sides of end plate of membrane elements and pressure container to do lubrication.
 
③ Membrane elements are stored in sealed plastic bags, vacuum preservation or solution preservation, solution includes 1.4% (mass ratio) sodium sulfite disinfection solution, and includes 18% (mass ratio) slycerin, this disinfection solution may cause eye irritation and skin allergy. So when take out membrane elements from plastic bags, please pay attention to protect eye and skin so that you won’t be hurt, if your eyes are hurt, you should use a lot of clean water to wash for 15 minutes at once and go to hospital.
 
④ Please begin trial operation after Membrane installation.
