I. General introduction
In the corrugated cartons making and transportation process,
strapping / Packing cartons is the last procedure.
First use Corrugated Production Line to produce corrugated
paperboard in different sizes, thickness, specifications and
quality. Second use Thin Blade Slitter Scorer machine to slit into
needed sizes and crease lines. Third put the sheets on Flexo
Printer Slotter Rotary Die-cutter machine to print needed words,
patterns and colors, and slot or die-cut into different shapes.
Forth, put the printed cardboard on Folder Gluer machine to make
into cartons. Fifth, after glued the cardboard into cartons, need
strapping machine to pack them well waiting for transportation or
selling.
As for the strapping machine, it has several name like baler,
wrapping machine, packing machine, etc. And the packing machine one
type use PP belt and another type use PE belt. This Automatic high
speed strapping machine we introduced here is using PP belt.
