1. Strict Selection of Tungsten Carbide Corrugating Rolls Material
The best manufactuer of 50CrMo alloy steel in China supply us raw
material. Barrel thickness is more than 70mm. Adequate raw material
in warehouse can guarantee the delivery time for our tungsten
carbide corrugating rolls.
2. Precision Welding Make Inseparable
The roll barrel and shafts shrink fit together. After welding do
tempering to reduce stress. We do steam leak detction too.
3. Flute profile
The most important parameter is the flute profile. To design the
flute profile, we must know the corrugated paper gsm, speed, flute
height, correct diameter and other requirement such as good FCT,
saving paper, etc. Our engineer has rich experience of designing
flute profile. Without good design, many problems will appear, such
as flute paper broken, low speed, collapsed flute, high-low flute
and so on.
