This machine adopts double-chain transmission structure, which can
adjust the width and width of the film and has superior
transmission performance. The transmission structure of the
transmission automatic welding machine is cylinder drive, chain
drive and servo drive. The whole is divided into electronic control
system, transmission system and clamping device:
1. Electronic control system: The transmission automatic welding
machine produced by our company has a whole structure of fully
automatic PLC control system plus double-chain transmission
structure. Among the components of the electronic control system,
switches, knobs, relays, proximity switches and contactors are
imported brands, PLC adopts Mitsubishi controllable PLC,
human-machine touch screen and servo drive are imported brands from
Taiwan.
2. Transmission system: The double-chain transmission is completed
by the motor and the reducer. The pneumatic transmission drives the
box by the cylinder, and the PLC control realizes one-button
control.
3. Clamping device: The first in China, special metal material,
instead of the conventional copper strip, is more than 10 times
better than the performance of copper strip, and has obvious
advantages in replacement and high temperature resistance.
