Cable Wire Granulator Machine Main structure:
1. Crushing System: Crushing is the first step of whole recycling process of the granulator machine.There is 14pieces of moving blades inside the crusher, and it can cut small pieces of scrap copper wires to small pellet with size of 5-8mm(depends on raw material size).
2. Screen:The screen is inside vibrating separator, which help to separate copper pellet and other mixed materials. There are different size of the holes on it, customer can choose proper size according to size of raw material.
3. Blades: There are 12pieces moving blades inside.
4. Output copper pellet: Copper pellet out of vibrator will enter second small vibrator for second separating. With our granulator machine, customer can get almost 100%purity copper pellet.
5. Output plastic pellet: Plastic pellet will also get second separating with small vibrator to get high purity.
6. Small vibrator: There are two small vibrators matched with the machine(for copper and plastic) for second separating.

1. Is there quick-wear part on the machine?
The spare part of the machine is blades and screen, their use life is more than 2 years, and we could also supply blade sharping machine to you for maintenance.

2. What’s the longest continuous working time for the recycling machine?
Normally 10 hours per day.

3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers required to operate it?
We design precise but simple control system for the machine.
For single recycling machine, only one worker is required.
For complete recycling line, two workers are required.
