Two Barrel Grouting Concrete Spraying Machine 5.5Kw Cement Slurry Mixing
Introduction:
The grouting mixer is a special equipment for cement mixing. It has
the characteristics of small dust next to the machine, compact
structure, reliable performance, simple operation, convenient
maintenance and cleaning, etc. It is an ideal choice for cement
mixing operations.
The height of the two barel only 140mm, which is very easy to feed
the raw material cement for operator, which release the labor
intensity.
Machine structure and working principle:
The grouting mxier is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a belt
pulley, a barrel, a mixing blade, a discharge valve, an unitary
base, etc. (see figure). This machine is mainly used in conjunction
with a grouting pump, and can also be used for slurry mixing in
other industries.
Its working principle is: the motor reducer drives the mixing shaft
to rotate. The mixing blade is equipped with mixing blades inside
the barrel. The rotation of the mixing blades is used to make the
cement slurry. After the mixing is completed, the slurry suction
pipe of the grouting pump can pumped it out; at the same time, the
slurry discharge butterfly valve can be opened, and the material
will be discharged to the storage hopper and then pumped. After the
pumping is completed, water and cement are added to the barrel to
proceed to the next slurry mixing.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight
(high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance
(especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
