Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh/ Hardware Cloth is divided into two types: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. Electro-galvanized is the cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welded wire mesh that has been derusted and presents no pollution and infiltration into a special electroplating tank. In the cathode, zinc is used for the anode. The method in which the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode and discharge on the cathode when the DC power supply is turned on, so that the welded mesh is coated with a layer of zinc. The coating layer is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short; hot-dip galvanizing is to melt the zinc into a liquid state and immerse the base material in it, so that the zinc will form an interpenetration and bond with the base material It is very close, and it is not easy to leave other impurities or defects in the middle. It is similar to that the two materials are melted together in the coating part, and the thickness of the coating is large, which can reach 100 microns, so the corrosion resistance is high. The salt spray test is no problem for 96h, and can be 10 years in the outside normal environment.

MATERIAL FEATURES

1) Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Roll (GRADE IV, V, VI) plays a certain role in building thermal insulation and anti cracking engineering. There are two kinds of external wall plastering mesh: hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh roll GRADE IV AND GRADE V (long service life, strong anti-corrosion performance); GRADE VI --redrawing welded wire mesh (economic benefits, flat mesh surface, white and shiny). According to the requirements of the region and construction unit, the reasonable material selection is carried out. The specifications of plastering welded wire mesh are: 12.7 × 12.7mm, 19.05 x 19.05mm, 25.4 x 25.4mm.

2) Hot Dip Galvanized welded wire mesh roll (GRADE III and GRADE IV) is used as animal breeding cage, the wire diameter is about 1.6-3mm, the mesh surface is smooth, and animals will not be scratched. PVC Coating is a process which is after galvanized welded wire mesh. PVC powder adheres to the surface of galvanized welded wire mesh by high temperature. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is mainly used for garden fence, poultry breeding, supermarket shelf and decoration. It has bright color, elegant appearance and double-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions. Green is the most commonly used color, other colors can also be customized according to your needs.
