Matters needing attention for longevity check valve:

1.If the check valve is blocked, it may lead to motor overload or exhaust resistance of the whole machine.

2.Check valve should be cleaned and checked every 4000 hours or half a year.

3.Check valve should be checked and maintained every 8000 hours.

Replacement of Sullair check valve:

1.Remove the check valve assembly and spring from the valve body;

2.Install a new check valve spring in the piston, and then install the check valve assembly;

3.Before starting again, clean the return pipe filter, throttle hole and check valve.
