Features:
- It is designed with two controlling modes, the intelligent touch screen and digital instrument. Customers can select the control mode accordingly to their own habit.
- This rotary rack oven is made of 1.5mm s/s304. Combustor is made of 2.5mm s/s 316. Because we use this stainless steel thicker than other models, so it has longer service life.
- The air volume can be changed by adjusting the air outlet horizontally, which is quite simple and convenient.
- The appearance and the structure of this rotary rack oven is newly design, with thicker polyurethane layer, it has ideal thermal insulation effect. Accordingly, it will help the user to save energy and the operator will enjoy the low carbon and environmatal friendly machine.
- There is a bulit-in sealing strip in this rotary oven, therefore, it has excellent sealing performance.
- The combustion engine is imported from Italy, which improves the quality of the product.
- According to the energy supply condiction of different customers, we can provide this oven powered by diesel, fuel gas or electricity. The combustion engine of the machine powered by diesel and fuel gas is imported from Japan, it less the diesel and gas consumption, so the production cost will be reduced accordingly.
- All the electric appliance and components are imported, the reasonable structure brings simple and convenienct operation, also safe and reliable operation.
- It is suitable for 46*72cm baking tray, it can bake 32 trays at one time.
- It is labor saving machine, only 1 staff is needed to operate this oven. It has trolley which can hold the bakery food, so the operator can enjoy a higher workign efficiency.
- The special design for the airduct guarantees the stufficient convenction inside the machine. So the temperature is uniformly distributed. Meanwhile, the air outlet of this oven can be adjusted to offer five different air volumes to satisfy the specific demand of baking quality for different food and in different season.
- The air speed of this product is designed with slow mode and fast mode. When baking different food, operator can choose the circulation speed of the hot air. So the quality of the baking food can be effectively controlled through the adjustment of the air speed.
- The drawing fan will automatically absorb the heated air to avoid the injury to people or the negative effects on the operation when the door of the machine is open.
- The combustion engine of the rotary rack oven is imported from Italy. Meanwhile the key electric appliances are also imported.
Applications:
This rotary oven with touch control can be used to bake bread, moon cake, toast, baguette, biscuit and dessert, etc.
