Product Introduction:

DG 32 aerial platform fire truck is an advanced heavy-duty fire fighting equipment which adopts PLC technology intelligent control. It is mainly used for fire fighting, rescue and material rescue of high-rise buildings in large and medium-sized cities, factories and mining enterprises. It is also suitable for other climbing operations.
The truck adopts telescopic arm folding arm structure. All the movements are driven by electric hydraulic control, which makes the car easy to operate, flexible, safe and reliable, practical and suitable for the actual needs of urban and rural areas. The intelligent control is adopted in the car, which makes the arm move quickly and smoothly, and easy to operate; the speed range is large, the micro motion is flexible, and the action is accurate; the limit position deceleration and stop can be realized. With the effective cooperation of telescopic boom and folding boom, it can achieve strong leaping performance, send the working platform to a specific space for aerial work, and greatly expand the working range of the vehicle. The arm frame is equipped with an auxiliary ladder made of aluminum alloy welding, which makes it more convenient to save people in high-rise buildings.

Outrigger mechanism:

The outriggers of the car adopt an H-shaped structure, the horizontal jacket is made of high-strength alloy steel profiles, and the auxiliary beam is a box-type structure made of high-strength steel plates after cold bending and welding, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the supporting mechanism.

Rotation and luffing mechanism:

The pressure oil generated by the main oil pump drives the rotary hydraulic motor to rotate, and the active pinion gear is driven to rotate through the rotary mechanism installed on the turntable, and it meshes with the large inner gear ring of the bearing fixed on the auxiliary beam frame to drive the turntable to rotate left and right.
