1.What material can I use for printing?

It can print on many kinds of fabric,such as cotton,linen,polyester,leather and so on.

2.What ink do you have?

We supply import textile ink.Order ink and printer together can get more discount.

3. Do materials require pretreatment spray application?

Only dark colored materials must be pre-treated in order to achieve best printing results.

4. How do I use the printer?

The software needed to use the printer is included with any model. We also include a manual and training video to assist with learning how to use the printer. We are also available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.

5. How much ink does one t shirt use?

Ink usage widely varies depending on resolution settings, size of graphic and colors used. We find, on average, that one square meter uses 10-12ml of ink.

6. Are replacement parts available?
