Production Description

Application of 3000 series Aluminum
3003 aluminum alloy: used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, or work that requires both these properties and higher strength than 1XXX alloys, such as kitchen utensils, food and Chemical product processing and storage devices, tanks and tanks for transporting liquid products, various pressure vessels and pipes processed with thin plates.
3004 aluminum alloy: all-aluminum pop can body, requiring parts with higher strength than 3003 alloy, chemical product production and storage devices, thin plate processing parts, construction processing parts, construction tools, various lamp parts.
3105 aluminum alloy: room partitions, baffles, movable room panels, gutters and downspouts, thin plate forming parts, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, etc.
3A21 aluminum alloy: aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, rivet wires, etc.; building materials and food and other industrial equipment, similar to 5005 and 3003 alloys, with medium strength and good corrosion resistance. Used as conductors, cooking utensils, instrument panels, housings and architectural trim. The anodic oxide film is brighter than the oxide film on 3003 alloy, and is consistent with the tone of 6063 alloy.
