Production Description
304 stainless steel annealing method:

304 Stainless Steel Annealing Methods
1. Annealing operation: anneal the strip steel, the annealing temperature is between 900 ℃ and 1000 ℃, the duration is 1 minute to 3 minutes, and the passing speed is 40mpm to 70mpm;
2. Thermal annealing and pickling operation: pickling the strip steel after physical phosphorus removal treatment to obtain white stainless steel coil products;
3. Cold-rolling and re-pressing operation: the pickled steel strip is rolled in 5-13 passes with a cold-rolling unit, and the final rolling thickness is 0.3mm to 6.0mm;
4. Cold annealing pickling operation: continuous annealing at 1100℃-1200℃ for strip steel after cold rolling and repressing operation, annealing time is 1 to 3 minutes, then electrolysis, and then cold annealing mixed acid pickling to obtain the final Re-pressed product; final product properties: in mechanical properties, yield strength is 200N to 350N2, tensile strength is 600N to 800N2, hardness HV is 150 to 200, metallographic grade is 7.0 to 9.0; both corrosion resistance and formability meet the standards.
