1. After the disc spring is formed, it must be heat treated, that is, quenching and tempering, and the number of quenching shall not exceed two times. The hardness of disc spring after quenching and tempering must be within the range of 42~ 52HRC. Two, after heat treatment of the disc spring, its single delamination depth, for the thickness of less than 1.2mm disc spring, shall not exceed 5% of its thickness; For disc springs not less than 1.25mm, not more than 3% of their thickness, the minimum allowable 0.06mm. Three, disc spring should be all processed by strong pressure. The treatment method is as follows: one time flattening, the duration is not less than 12h, or short time flattening, the flattening times is not less than 5 times, the flattening force is not less than 2 times F (F =0.75h0). The free height dimension of disc spring should be stable after strong pressure treatment. Under test conditions, its free height should be within the specified limit deviation range. Four, for bearing variable load of disc spring, the inner cone is recommended for surface strengthening treatment, such as shot peening. Five, according to the needs of the disc spring surface should be anti-corrosion treatment (such as phosphating, oxidation, galvanizing, etc.). The spring after electroplating must be dehydrogenated. The method of electroplating should be avoided for the disc spring under variable load. Six, disc spring surface is not allowed to have burr, crack, spot scar and other defects.
