Installed with toroidal inserts, suit for HSK/SK tool holder and cemented carbide extensions
With internal coolant suppl to ensure a effective temperature to protect tools and reduce cost.
Simple installation for inserts, use T spanner to screw up the inserts with high accuracy.
Only Two inserts installed, contributes to chip removal.
There are 5 angles available for installing inserts, square milling with 90°,profile milling with 90°, acute angle excessive structure to profile milling on surface to get high light of 97°, high feeding with 100° and 120°.
High installation accuracy of inserts, the two inserts are with equal plane and angle, ensure balance and accuracy.
Suits for face milling, Contour milling and corner machining.
