Multi-Spindles 5000mm/Min Cutting Speed Vertical Type Drilling CNC Turning Machine

The machine was extensive use in the field of water mixer /faucet body machining. It is horizontal type with 16 spindles to be fixed at one side, workpiece was fixed at offside, the workpiece fixture is just a 4^th spindle to play the workpiece turning at any angle to match its machining requirement.
Workpiece to be one times clamped, complete all process with 16 tools through drilling, milling, tapping. Achieved production efficiency by 3 times than normal process of faucet body machining.
