Industrial Machine bed

A solid bed has high stability .It is unmatched by other materials
and structures. The use of graphite cast iron as a raw material
keeps the precision of the machine tool for a long time and remains
unchanged for 50 years.

Servo Motor

Imported from Japan, use top brand Yaskawa, Fuji, etc. High power
motor system on X, Y, Z axis. High precision give better cutting
effect, high speed give faster cutting speed.

Laser Cutting head

3 pieces of protection lens, highly effective protection of
collimating focus lens. 2-way optical water cooling, effectively
extending the continuous working time. Auto focus save time for
operator, easy to learn.

Laser Source

Raycus/MAX/IPG, multiple choice
Different brands, different laser power are available. The higher
power, the thicker cutting thickness. Supply laser power from 1kw
to 12kw, and more higher 15kw, 20kw, 30kw.

Auto Height Adjuster

BCS100 auto height adjustment system, give more easier control
between Laser Head and Cutting Software. Could control by both the button inside cabinet and the manual inside the software.

Independent Cabinet

Independent control cabinet, biggest protect the electrical
components, servo driver, laser source. Cabinet with the air
conditioner, also could cooling the parts.
