  • The same insert can be installed on the center edge and the outer edge, while meeting the requirements of the center and outer edge, economic and efficiency.
  • The combination of grades and chipbreaker makes all kinds of machining problems easy to solve.
  • High toughness ultra-fine cemented carbide substrate with good edge strength.

 

  • Grade MP2252 / MP2253:
    • Special coating process makes the surface of the insert smooth, effectively reducing friction and making chip removal smoother.
    • Unique nanostructured coating, the coating is more tightly bonded to the substrate, and has higher toughness and hardness.
    • Special surface treatment technology after coating to remove harmful stress and improve the surface quality of the blade.
    • Both the inner and outer edges can meet the physical performance requirements of the insert.
