Product Description

This machine can saw various aluminum ingots and aluminum alloy round bars. It has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and high workpiece cutting accuracy.

Feeding clamp servo fixed-length mechanism is composed of section steel and medium plate welded, tempered and sandblasted, and then machined and assembled. Frame type two-way synchronous centering hydraulic clamp, which can clamp up to 380 in round rods and adopts two-way screw rod. /Hydraulic motor to achieve centering and clamping action, feeding and sizing is completed by servo gear motor/linear slide rail group/ball screw, and has the functions of slow start and slow stop, and the maximum stroke.

The saw bow lift servo feed system is composed of a 2.0kw servo gear motor, a double-column guide mechanism, a linear slide rail/slider/ball screw and an auxiliary hydraulic lift cylinder.

Saw belt guide wheel adopts upper and lower sets of left and right guide precision rollers and tungsten steel saw backing wheel. It can reach 55HRC, with high guide wear resistance, and the backing wheel of the tungsten steel saw mainly bears the resistance during the sawing process and the contact surface of the sawing belt is uniform when running at high speed.
