Machine Features

• Machine structure: H beam steel welded chassis with cast iron roller stands bolted on to form main machine structure. Machine chassis and iron stands are processed by CNC milling machine for high accuracy of location.
• Hydraulic pre-punching unit: punching before roll forming, this kind of inline punching has the advantage of low cost. A high precision power press is optional when clients require high machine speed.
• Rollers: All rollers are processed with heat treatment and chromed
• Drive system: electrically drive via chain and sprocket
• Control system: PLC control system, selected from Siemens, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, etc
• Turk's straightener: straightening after roll forming to ensure great straightness of the product
• Cutting system: hydraulic blade cutting, encoder length measuremnt, high accuracy of cutting length
