Small Batch:
For some specific items related to medical, motor or dental parts,
they can reduce their initial investment.
They just want to manufacture a hundred or a thousand pieces. Our
small batch service can help.
We have several services to achieve these requirements:
1) Rapid tooling;
2) Vacuum Casting;
3) CNC (with jib & fixture to machine --- quick & stable)
We had a project with motorcycle client doing a motor parts at
thousand pieces by CNC method.
We also did a hundred pieces of laboratory equipment metal case for
a customer.
