-- Brief introduction
Pipe rounding machine is caused by the action of an external force, which causes the outer fiber of the steel plate to elongate and the inner fiber to be shortened to cause bending deformation (the middle fiber is not changed).
When the radius of the cylinder is large, it can be rolled at normal temperature. If the radius is small and the steel plate is thick, the steel plate should be heated and rolled. The method of rolling the steel plate at normal temperature includes three methods: mechanical tube bending, tire mold pressing, and hand-manufacturing. Mechanical rolling is performed on the pipe rounding machine.
The pipe rounding machine is a widely used cold forming machine. According to the principle of three-point circle, the relative position change and rotary motion of the workpiece are used to make the workpiece undergo continuous plastic deformation to obtain a predetermined shape of the workpiece.
