Wood Relief Three Spindles CNC Milling Machine For Wood Caring

4 The Y-axis is driven by a dual motor, which enables high-speed
operation of up to 25 m/min. The engraving speed can be improved
with the strong cutting of the spindle;

6 This model is suitable for engraving boring and milling of 2-3
kinds of flower knives. The processing of various patterns does not

Heavy duty body
Heavy duty body are made by 15 mm steel square tube and beam, adopt welded with seamless welded structure. Annealing in high temperature and vibrating stress relief. The body with big weight, could keep good stability without deformation in long time working vibration.
Hiwin Square Rail:
We choose square rail for our cnc router. Bucause compare with round rail, square rail could bear qaual force in all directions, could ensure the accuracy and strength of the machine. Square rail is more suitable for high-speed move and greatly reduce the drive horsepower the machine required.
We usually adopt Hiwin (from Taiwan) in CNC router machine. It well known as low price and high quality, value for money. It work for more than 3 year without rust.
Weihong NK105 DSP Control System
Weihong NK105 is widely adopted in general type cnc rotuer. It has friendly interface, easy operater, support breakpoint processing, could support Chinese, English, Polish and Vietnamese. It powerful NC software alarm could support program error, operation error, overtravel error, PLC error, IO communication error etc, could protect the machine very well.
Vacuum Table
Our vacuum table is made by aluminum and covered by double hard PVC layer. Don’t need human fix the material and absorb the material automatically. We usually adopt 6 zones vacuum table, and could make customized type according your need. Vacuum table is better for plate engraving with vacuum pump. However if you need cut your materials, you'd better choose fixture to hold the materials. Vacuum table also have T-slot to handle materials cutting work.
