Our company uses bearings such as Harbin or Xinkaite bearings with single-sided sealed rollers specially designed with deep-groove nylon retainers filled with lubricating grease. The bearing housing is made of high-performance engineering plastic reinforced nylon, with a convex green top to hold the bearing outer ring and equipped with honeycomb-shaped sound-absorbing holes. During assembly, the bearing housing and bearings are press-fitted by a special mechanical high-pressure assembly. The seal is a vacuum-type annular seal or vortex labyrinth seal, with dust-proof, waterproof, and soundproof characteristics. Internal assembly must be carried out according to the procedure during assembly. The plastic pipe of the tube adopts nylon polymer material with a processed annular ventilation groove on the outer surface, color: white, with heat resistance, wear resistance, no cracking, no deformation characteristics. Hardness: 85 ± 5 Shore A, tensile strength above 25 MPa, elongation at break above 209%, bending strength above 45 MPa, wear resistance below 180 mm (tested under conditions of 8bx 15° x 100rpm). The tube has characteristics of dust-proof and rain-proof, and there is no sticking or unbalanced state when the shaft rotates. The fit between the shaft and the bearing tolerance is h5 (loose fit), the fit tolerance between the bearing housing and the bearing is N7 (tight fit), and the shaft is made of Q235 steel. The end of the tube is processed into rounded corners to avoid cutting the belt. The retaining ring cover and snap ring undergo professional phosphating and blackening anti-rust treatment. The friction coefficient of the tube needs to be less than 0.02 and does not decrease for two years. It can operate normally for more than 30,000 hours from the start of operation.
