Clay brick making plant wet pan mill for auto brick making project 

TWPM-185 wet pan mill is a new product developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advanced experience of similar products abroad, and it occupies a leading position among similar products in China. The machine is reasonable in structure, stable in operation, low in failure rate, and easy to use and maintain. It is mainly used for raw material treatment in the production process of sintered bricks with coal gangue, fly ash, shale, clay and sludge as the main raw materials. It has the functions of crushing, grinding, kneading and mixing. After the raw materials are milled and processed by this machine, the comprehensive technological properties of the raw materials can be significantly improved, and higher quality sintered products can be produced.

 

Working principle and structural characteristics

Working principle

The electric motor provides the motive power, and the electric motor drives the hydraulic coupling to realize the no-load and stable start of the electric motor. The power is transmitted to the reducer through the pulley, and the reducer drives the main shaft to rotate through the coupling. The main shaft and the suspension seat are connected by an expansion sleeve, and the torque transmission is realized by the friction between the expansion sleeve, the main shaft and the suspension seat. The advantage is that it is easy to install and disassemble, and it can realize overload protection for the main shaft and avoid damage to the processing surface of the main shaft. The suspension seat transmits power to the inner and outer cantilevers respectively, and drives the two rollers to rotate around the main shaft, and the rollers rotate around their respective roller shafts at the same time. The raw materials mixed with water in the previous process fall from the central feeding hopper at the top of the equipment to the front of the inner roller. After being crushed and crushed by the inner roller, the material is scraped by the floating scraper onto the outer roller raceway, and passes through the outer roller. After rolling, the raw materials are rolled and extruded through the holes of the sieve plate to complete the crushing, mixing, grinding and kneading of various raw materials

Structural characteristics

This series of wet pan mill is mainly composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft part, frame part, suspension seat part, internal and external grinding wheel part, grinding disc part, scraping part and discharging belt conveyor and other parts.

The overall structure of this series of wet pan mills is compact, and the hydraulic coupling is used to realize the power transmission between the motor and the reducer. The advantage is that the starting impact is small, and the overload protection of the motor and the reducer can be realized to prolong its service life.

The roller is one of the key parts of the pan mill, so the inner and outer rolling rings of the roller are made of high-chromium cast steel. Since high chromium cast steel has good wear resistance and high material yield fatigue strength, the working life of the roll ring is improved. Similarly, the lining plate and discharge sieve plate of the pan mill are also made of high manganese alloy. The main shaft of the wheel mill is an important part for transmitting power, so in addition to selecting alloy quenched and tempered steel with better comprehensive mechanical properties, strict heat treatment process and quality inspection have been carried out. In addition, the bearings and oil seals required for all components are made of domestic high-quality products, and the whole machine is of high quality, good performance and long service life.
