Wet Pan Mill
It is used in the raw material preparation section of the brick
production line to fully mix, crush and grind various materials.
The roller adopts the structure that the roller is separated from
the hub, and is connected as a whole by the wedge key, which is
convenient for the replacement of the roller;
The rolling skin is made of high manganese chromium alloy steel,
with high strength and wear resistance, its thickness is up to 150
mm, and the service life is long;
The main shaft is made of alloy steel forgings and is heat treated,
with high strength, fatigue resistance, and can withstand a large
radial eccentric force;
The torque-limiting hydraulic coupling is used for power
transmission between the main engine motor and the input shaft of
the reducer, which can effectively protect the reducer and the
motor and prevent the impact on the mechanical parts when starting
with full load; the main reducer is equipped with a forced
lubrication system and cooling fan.

Key Parts
Sieve plate
Raw material for the sieve plate is high manganese steel, module
designing, anti-wearing and also can be removed with new spare
easily.
Mill
The roller adopts a structure that the roller skin is separated
from the hub, which is connected as a whole by a wedge-shape key;
it is convenient to replace the skin when needs.
Roller skin
Thickness of the roller skin is 150 mm, made of
high-manganese-chromium alloy steel, which is high-strength and
wear-resistance
Pan
It is the lattice structure which welded by steel wool, which is
stronger and could bear huge impact compaction.
Structure support
There is polyurethane shock-absorbing pad between the platform and
reducer, which is used to absorb the impact force and vibration of
the equipment during operation.
Note: Structure supporting and maintenance platform are optional
and
customers can weld in the local.
Main shaft
The main shaft is made of alloy steel forgings, and has been heat
treated, which has high strength;
Fatigue resistance and can bear large radial eccentric forces.
Motor&reducer
A torque-limited and hydraulic coupling is used for power
transmission between the main engine motor and the input shaft of
the reducer, which effectively protect the reducer and the motor
from the impact on the mechanical parts when working at full load;
the main reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication system and
cooling fan.
