Double-roller hammer crusher structure: two rotors are arranged horizontally, the rotor rotational speed is 100 m/s respectively, the grinding chamber width is 600 mm, two power 55KW-2-pole motors, and two impellers are installed above the rotor to feed feed roller. An adjusting guide plate device is respectively arranged above and below the adjacent areas of the rotating edges of the two rotors.
The working principle of the double-roller hammer crusher: The
material enters the crushing chamber, and is evenly fed by the
feeding roller with frequency conversion speed regulation, so as to
ensure that each hammer of the crusher has a sufficient crushing
function. The left and right rotors rotate in the same direction,
and the adjacent areas of the rotating edges of the two rotors move
toward each other.
Features of Double Roller Hammer Crusher:
a) The design is reasonable, the working principle of the hammer
mill is scientifically used, and the linear speed of the crusher's
hitting material is improved.
b) This design changes the movement line of the material in the
crushing chamber, makes full use of the crushing chamber space to
expand the crushing area, and protects the screen to the greatest
extent, so that the service life of the screen is more than
doubled. Please refer to the schematic diagram: crusher When
feeding from the left, the two rotors rotate clockwise, and the
material moves from left to right under the impact of the hammer,
and enters the crushing area of the left tooth plate. When it
runs to the center area, it forms a top-down movement direction ,
the right rotor hits the material from bottom to top, forming a
strong hitting function of double line speed. The material
instantly changes the direction of movement and enters the crushing
area of the right tooth plate from bottom to top. When the
material touches the screen, all granular materials have been
crushed into broken materials, which relieves the strong impact of
the material on the screen.
c) The noise of the pulverizer: After testing, the no-load noise is
102 decibels, and the load noise is 95 decibels, which is basically
the same as the 66X60 single-rotor pulverizer.
d) The machine runs smoothly, and the smoothness is better than
that of the single-rotor pulverizer during operation. Put a 5-point
copper coin vertically on the bearing support plate of the crusher
and stand very stable.
