Brief Introduction

This is a type of Taconic high frequency PCB using RF-35A2 substrate which is ultra low loss power amplifier material. It’s built on 20mil core with 1oz copper on both top and bottom layer(double sided board). It’s 115mm x 55mm with immersion gold on pads. Bottom layer is open to air with gold surface as we’ve seen.
