Q: What is the payment term?
A: Nomally
Above 50000pcs: T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy
within 10 days after departure from port.
Below 50000pcs: T/T 100% in advance.
Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that
we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we
will arrange the sample making once received your deposit .
Q:Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our samples are free for customers who confirmed the
order. But express freight cost is on buyer’s account.
Q:Can we conbine many itmes size in one container?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item shall reach our
MOQ.
Q:What is the normal lead time?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work
days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 30 days after we
received your 30% deposit
C.For flexible decorated products, the delivery time is 30-35
work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
Q:How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample
approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection
during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking
pictures after packing.
