Brief Description
Vacuum homogeneous emulsifier is non-standard customized equipment,
allocating reasonably according to customers' process requirements,
which applies to products that need to be emulsified and blended.
It's also used to emulsify and blend high viscosity products with
low speed wall scrap.
The emulsifier is suitable to disperse, emulsify, homogenize and
blend materials combined with high shear emulsifier. It can be
widely used and strongly controllable with optional device like
feeding system, discharge system, temperature control system,
vacuum system, PH On-line measurement and control system, CIP
system etc. It also can be customized into sanitary class, used for
producing and pilotscale experiment in pharmacy,food and cosmetic
industry.
As specified equipment to produce high-end cream, medicinal
ointment and emulsion, the complete sets of equipment consist of
homogenized emulsifier main pot, water pot, oil pot, vacuum system,
electric or steam heating system and electric system etc.It is
suitable to produce high end shampoo, hair conditioner, laundry
detergent, liquid soap, lotion and other detergent.

Working principle
With high-precision processing technology and high collaboration
between rotor and stator, the powerful motor rotates in high speed
and generates vacuum room between rotor and stator, then the
materials(AES) are sucked from the top and bottom of rotor and
stator. The materials will be processed between stator and rotor by
high tangential speed caused by strong momentum, after the
operation of intensive shearing, centrifugally extruding, impacting
and breaking, liquid layer attrition, with the impact of various
force, which can generate strong turbulence. The material will
eventually become stable emulsion after a certain time repeat
depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and
shearing with moderate emulsifier and mature technology.
